New legal form: NEEMANN LiteFlexPACKAGING GmbH & Co. KG

With effect from January 1, 2024, we will continue our company business in a different legal form and with a changed company name. Since we are only undergoing a change in legal form, all contracts will remain valid. However, we kindly request you to update your master data as follows:

Sabine Eggerking will remain shareholder as a limited partner, Meinhard Neemann will transfer his share in the company to Cord Neemann with effect from January 1, 2024, in the form of a limited partner share. This completes the generational transition to the fourth generation and establishes a sustainable structure.

As of January 1, 2024, NEEMANN Management GmbH (Leer, HRB 207052, AG Aurich), will act as general partner, with the managing directors Sabine Eggerking, Cord Neemann and Ingo Schmidt each being authorized to represent the company individually, pursuant to a shareholder resolution.
